Job Description

The IT Change Management Lead will be working within the Global Business Services unit which offers Change Management as a service to the organization. The IT Change Management Lead will be supporting an IT migration project in the R&D space moving their platform/product from Oracle (Agile PLM) to TraceONE (DevEx) which will impact 3,000 users across all time zones and multiple functions. This individual will lead and execute the end-to-end change management lifecycle at a global scale. The ideal candidate will have experience with R&D and/or FSQ, be experience with large global cross-functional implementations, and have familiarity with product lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience

6-10 years of IT Change Management experience
Experience leading and executing the end-to-end change management lifecycle (i.e., change strategy, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication/change/training plans, implementation)
Experience working with a global initiative and understanding the nuances (ex: language change for different regions, adhering to local laws)
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience with the ability to present PowerPoints to key stakeholders
Experience with Agile projects
Organized, well-spoken, concise, and able to work autonomously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Oracle (Agile PLM) and/or TraceONE (DevEx)
ProSci ADKAR certification or similar certification
Experience with R&D or Food Safety Quality (FSQ)
