Job Description
The IBPL Configurator – Supply Planning is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting o9 Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Planning models across the enterprise. This role focuses on translating business supply planning requirements into scalable o9 configurations, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning within the IBP Lifecycle (IBPL). The configurator works closely with supply planners, solution architects, integration engineers, and business stakeholders to enable constraint based planning, scenario modeling, and end to end supply visibility.

Day to Day Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain o9 Supply Planning (SP) models within the IBPL framework
• Design and configure:
o Supply networks (plants, DCs, suppliers)
o Capacity models (finite/infinite, bottlenecks)
o BOMs, routings, sourcing rules, lead times
• Support time phased supply plans (weekly/daily buckets)
• Configure constraint logic, alerts, and exception handling
• Enable what if scenarios and simulations for supply disruptions or capacity changes
• Collaborate with:
o SSIS / integration teams on inbound & outbound data flows
o Demand, inventory, and finance teams to ensure cross module alignment
• Validate supply planning outputs against ERP and business expectations
• Support IBP planning cycles, UAT, and production deployments
• Document configurations and support ongoing enhancements

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have Qualifications
• Hands on experience configuring o9 Integrated Business Planning, specifically:
o Supply Planning (SP)
• Strong understanding of:
o Integrated Business Planning (IBP / IBPL)
o Supply chain planning concepts (capacity, production, sourcing)
• Experience configuring constraint based or finite capacity planning
• Ability to translate business requirements into o9 model configurations
• Familiarity with enterprise planning data models
• Experience working with ERP to o9 integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Begin working at 13:30 IST to overlap with US hours
