Job Description
This global CPG company needs an IBP Supply Planning Test Lead who is VERY strong in testing IBP on the supply planning side. They need to have enough knowledge to understand what they are testing rather than just running test blindly. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of testing experience, testing supply planning applications.
Responsibilities include:
Testing SAP IBP (especially Response & Supply, Demand Planning, S&OP).
Integration with S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
Familiarity with testing tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Experience with CPI-DS, RTI, and other integration tools.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in SAP APO or IBP, with a focus on Supply Planning
3+ years of hands-on testing and configuration in IBP.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.
Able to work from 3am CST to 11am CST daily
Understanding of inventory projection and O9 Heuristic output being validated by a tester
Ability to clearly articulate assumption involved in aggregating Inventory Days of Cover, for example, presence of valid BOD lane enabling free inter plant movement for a simple 2 plant and customer store network.
