Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the as the Head of Payments, Commercial Banking and Corporate Real Estate Technology. In this critical leadership role, reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and overseeing the successful delivery of software across the Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate businesses through innovative and secure engineering practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in designing and developing distributed systems, cloud technologies, managing engineering teams, and integrating SaaS solutions. Previous experience in payments and/or commercial banking is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field, *OR* extensive relevant experience

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on payments and commercial banking.

* Proved track record of successfully leading technology transformation initiatives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results with tight deadlines

* Solid understanding of financial services industry standards, regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)

* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

* Extensive experience in software engineering application development, focus on Azure and/or .NET preferred.

* Extensive experience developing applications and designing scalable, secure and high-performance distributed systems

* Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including agile methodologies

* Proven experience managing large software engineering teams, including performance management, coaching and mentoring

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence at all levels of the organization
