This Wealth Management team at a global bank has an immediate need for more executional support for the field advisors. This marketing team host client events, producing media/local publications, help make advertisements, produces sales materials, etc. Because of a large bank acquisition, they have more people and more markets to serve and there is higher in-person activity. The team needs support on the executional side. Some marketing optimization opportunities, creating templates, manage freelance designers, make sure process, communication, status updates are accurate. They should have the ability to manage marketing tasks at an executional level. They will manage digital footprint, social media, website, digital advertising, content development for the business, create content, podcasts, and articles. This team creates invitations for work events and works with event space marketing team to ensure they are on track, create post event surveys, branding elements around an event. In the future they can support the email deployment team. Initially it will be 100% execution based, but long term it will be 70% execution, 30% strategy. (take these elements, event strategy, figure out what works, optimize marketing programs, process improvements, etc.).

- 3-5 years of Marketing Project Management/Coordination
