This position is part of the Exchange Traded Derivatives Reconciliation and Regulatory Oversight team at one of our financial clients.
This role will assist in Tasks to support BAU, Projects and Future Evolution of the Global Reg Oversight Team.
Reg oversight activities (T1 Reconciliations, Month End Balance Sheet Recons, NFRR activities).
∙ Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
∙ Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
∙ Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
∙ Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
∙ Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate

Required Skills & Experience
∙ Candidate should be intellectually curious, seeking to understand the impact of change on processes.
∙ Experienced in working independently, seeking steer and guidance as and when necessary and with a track record of generating process improvement ideas.
∙ Confidence working with databases, SharePoint sites, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
∙ Confident communicator who can establish relationships and gain credibility quickly across a wide variety of stakeholders.
∙ Well versed in production of high-quality documents used to communicate complex information succinctly to a wide variety of Stakeholders.
∙ Experience in Operations, Client Services or Finance line role in Financial Services - prior experience of managing change is not essential.
∙ Experience of Listed Exchange Traded Derivatives Execution or Clearing Operations is desirable but not essential, but candidates should demonstrate an appetite to learn about the product set and related processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
∙ As technology is quickly evolving and functions are becoming more modernized experience in building out Tableau, Alteryx, Python coding are all great skillsets to have in a candidate.
∙ Great writing skills to continually update and maintain process and procedures
∙ Map out process flows using Visio.
∙ Data mining experience using FDW (database).
