This person will come in and support the IT team dealing with operations and risk support for their collections team. They are looking for someone with strong relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with one of the decision engines listed in the must haves.

5 years of experience working with Workflow decisions engines.
CACs experience or equivalent with Trio, Blaze, Collections QUE, Tsys
Experience working in Cross functional teams and collaborating with operations teams
Experience with Strategy and Analytics
Experience working in Banking or Financial Industry
Great communication skills and personality
