Job Description

Help with the analysis. someone who has experience in understanding what do people need ot be able to do in future state? Additional layer of do they like and not like. What's a big deal and what's not a big deal? Need the context behind it is it more than clicks in the system or do they need to change the way they are changing the way they work? Based on design docs and partners in IT - what is the new? What's changing and what's not? Engage with SMEs to get extra context. Partner closely with Change Lead where the lead owns the change plan and strategy. Partner with her to execute on and do-- get in the weeds, document,. Team is super collaborative.

Participate as a full member of our Change & Training Team to help us solve for both business and human needs that ensure success of the change
Lead facilitation of Change Impact Analysis sessions with our key SMEs and Business Leaders. This analysis is key to information what change management and training plans we put in place to support end users
Partner with Instructional Designer to influence the design and tone of training to enable them to design and deliver training to employees
Work with business leaders and change agents to co-create team-level action plans that engage and support their end users
Facilitate both group and one-on-one coaching with business change leads as needed
Get to know the key players, both on the business end user side and the IT side, to assess and document what supports, tools, defined processes, and communications are needed
Partner with the Change Manager and Training Team to co-create tools/resources that ensure business end users have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed at go-live
Partner with Change Mgmt. Lead from our team, and the IT Delivery and QA Team Leads
Through your coordination, communication, and support activities, help inspire trust and a feeling of teamwork and support across all who are part of UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live
Basic drafting job aids and user checklists, with support from the Training Manager, or creating a draft that an Instructional Designer can polish and publish
Excellent communication skills. Be both tactical so we get the job done, and also promote our shared goals and purpose
Self-starter and problem solver. Bring your real-world experience to our in-flight program and help us anticipate needs/issues and proactively solve for them
Strong analytics and solid judgement on what the average person needs to succeed. Be able to put yourself in the shoes of someone going through this process for the first time
Attention to detail and dedicated to documenting everything
Negotiation and people skills. This is a complex program with a lot of different considerations. Come to the table ready to understand all factors and find win-win solutions

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience doing Change and Training analysis
Salesforce (integration exp)
Experience creating training material using PowerPoint, Word, and/or Publisher
Excellent communication skills. Be both tactical so we get the job done, and also promote our shared goals and purpose
Self-starter and problem solver able to jump right in to figure out the problem and what is needed to resolve through training
Strong analytics and solid judgement on what a person who has zero experience on UAT or large-scale programs needs to succeed and how we best support them. Be able to put yourself in the shoes of someone going through this process for the first time
Attention to detail and dedicated to documenting everything
Negotiation and people skills to deal with a complex program
