DAY TO DAY:
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist to support a healthcare consulting client. The primary end-client is a small hospital, with potential to support other hospitals as needed. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, offering a flexible 40-hour work week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and analyze clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve the quality of clinical documentation.
Provide education and training to healthcare staff on documentation best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Prepare and submit reports on documentation improvement activities
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/COMPENSATION:
The role is remote, based in the Philippines.
Pay rate ranges from $3.50 to $6.50 USD per hour, which is approximately 19,000 to 35,000 PHP per month.
Flexibility in working hours, with rare requirements to take calls during US time zones. Adequate notice will be provided for such calls.

- Must hold a valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
- Strong understanding of healthcare documentation standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
