Product Strategy & Competition Analysis Drive products to market, assess competitive positioning, and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration with Developers Work closely with engineering teams to evaluate development effort, navigate roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution.
Quality Assurance (QA) & Front-End Testing Support front-end testing processes, ensuring products function as intended before launch.
Post-Launch Product Health Monitoring Analyze product performance using Adobe Analytics, tracking success metrics and identifying optimization areas.
Opportunity Identification Assess market and user needs to find improvement opportunities and areas for innovation.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work with design teams to enhance user experiences and ensure alignment with business goals.
Focus Areas Support projects related to authentication, account management, store closures, and digital Rx products (messaging, store locator, etc.).
This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, and a proactive approach to improving product performance and user experience.
