Job Description

This candidate will support the Director, Brand Health & Strategy in managing operational tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and driving the success of Accountability programs. This role is instrumental in maintaining brand consistency, responding to critical needs, and providing administrative and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in brand health, strategy, and operational coordination within the hospitality industry.

Coordinate and facilitate Level 1 and Level 2 tier response activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and established protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, design) and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, vendors) to address and resolve tier-related issues effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Manage schedules, track project progress, and prepare materials for presentations or meetings in support of the Brand Health & Strategy team.
Assist with reporting tasks, such as data entry, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Review and ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within established deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent

-Hospitality industry experience

-Eagerness to learn about business operations, data quality, and the hospitality industry.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
