Job Description
Manage global billing operations across India, Costa Rica, the UK, and the U.S., overseeing a team of 7 associates in India and 2 in the US. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing using multiple systems including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Responsibilities include:
• Interpret contracts and billing data to generate invoices
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes across all regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing
• Handle recurring, tiered, and portal-based billing (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
• Manage PO tracking, invoice delivery, and scheduling
• Collaborate with collections and cash applications teams
• Perform variance analysis and revenue reporting
• Monitor team KPIs, error rates, and request volumes
• Lead month-end reporting and resolve billing discrepancies

Required Skills & Experience
• 8 years of experience as a Billing Manager
• Global billing experience, especially managing teams in India
• PeopleSoft experience
• Experience obtaining billing data from multiple billing systems
• Experience managing complex billing and various billing schedules like: tiered pricing, custom billing methods for different customers, invoice delivery through an online portal like Coupa, and reccuring billing
• Experience managing month end and revenue reporting
• Strong communication skills to work with different teams under the financial shared services umbrella
