Job Description

This Marketing Manager will be working at a global bank in the US Personal and Business Banking department. They will represent a variety of segments including: Hispanic/Latino segment, student segment, and underserved segment - to ensure that they are keeping key audiences top of mind across marketing efforts. This role will focus less on stand-alone product campaign development, and more on how to ensure their current marketing strategies and approaches are effectively aligned to their target audiences. They will also support the Marketing Lead in forecasting marketing KPIs including segment customer, account unit, balance and revenue forecasting. This person needs to be data driven to help them refine and adjust their strategies to optimize growth and retain customers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience, making product marketing campaigns for profit in a large enterprise environment
- Marketing Manager on the client side
- Traditional marketing with non-digital marketing channels preferred (direct mail, brochures, flyers, programmatic screens)
- Longevity in resume
- Understanding of how they generate revenue (Product Marketing)
- Someone who has created and seen through a marketing campaign from start to finish in the product marketing space on the traditional side
- Comfortable with reporting, numbers driven, data driven, intermediate to advanced with Excel
- Marketing Project Management: helping with budget planning, use of PM tools (workfront preferred), experience working cross functionally, understand which partners to pull in, someone who has adhered to milestones and timelines.
- Tell me about an initiative where you advocated for your business partners but there were some challenges from the business. (we need a specific example, numbers involved, metrics and parameters).
- Bilingual in Spanish, looking at marketing collateral for accuracy and cultural nuances
