Job Description

The Quality Assurance Team Lead is an integral resource leading throughout the aspects of software quality and making recommendations for quality improvement. Responsible for overseeing the design and development of test plans/approaches. The Quality Assurance Lead will also be responsible for leading the team through testing of all internal and external applications before they are released. This individual will participate in planning and refinement meetings, as well as consult with product owners and software engineers in an agile environment to ensure software quality while maintaining speed-to-market.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands on QA Tester experience
Experience with Playwright as a testing tool
Experience as a QA Lead and mentoring a team of JR/Offshore testers
Experience with project management surrounding coordination of testing applications
Background with Automation to help build and maintain current automation
Experience in the Insurance Industry
Working experience in an Agile Environment
Excellent communication skills and executive level presence
