Insight Global is seeking an Associate Creative Director to assist in the full creative lifecycle of campaigns and projects for their client. This person will be involved from concept to creation and is expected to sell their work to the client through presentations and strategy/creative briefs. They are looking for a candidate that can show passion for strategic storytelling and doesn't stray from disruptive and immersive production. This person will be working with cross functional teams to drive the ideation, execution of client programs and brand promotions. This person will have the opportunity to lead a team of creative Copywriters, Art Directors and Designers in producing head-turning work that drives consumer engagement and builds strong emotional connections.

-6+ years of creative copywriting experience in an agency or brand space
-Strong experience executing on campaigns in all phases of the lifecycle - ideation to execution
-Expert proficiency and considerable hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products (Including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)
-Strong grasp of developing and overseeing copy and content creation for promotions, social, brand campaigns, brand guidelines, online advertising, site content, etc.
-Strong portfolio that showcases projects demonstrating creative thinking and flawless execution
-Experience developing tv and/or online video scripts, and knowledge of the production, casting and execution of them
-Have critical attention to detail (when it comes to copy and the copy craft)
-Experience working with client teams and leading engagement calls to sell creative projects/approaches.
-Experience working catering work/executions to Gen Z audience
-Strong experience in the digital/technology space from a client perspective
-Experience crafting experiential events (PR/activations/consumer experiences)
-Experience with creative agencies/brand campaign space
-Experience in creative design
