As a Paid Digital Media Ad Operations Analyst, your day-to-day will center around the hands-on execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Youll begin by building campaigns based on strategic direction provided by the Digital Media Strategist, which includes setting up audience targeting, uploading creative assets and client data, defining budgets, and establishing performance goals. Once campaigns are built, youll coordinate with the QA team to ensure everything is error-free before launch. After launch, youll monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments within the platforms to improve resultsthis could involve tweaking bids, pausing underperforming ads, or testing new creative formats. Youll also be responsible for pulling performance data, analyzing results, and compiling reports that highlight key insights and recommendations for both internal teams and clients. In addition to paid search and social, you may support campaigns involving programmatic TV/video, audio, display, and retargeting. Youll also assist with campaign reconciliation and billing, maintain organized documentation, and stay up to date on platform updates and best practices. 2-years of experience in ad operations or paid-media roles focused on digital media, in-channel executions, and strategic development of client campaigns
1-year of agency experience (flex)
1-year prior experience executing omnichannel digital media campaigns from full launch to optimizations
Google certified on all platforms, blueprint certification is a bonus
Proficient in all paid social media platforms
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your to-do list
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
