Job Description

The Senior CCM Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-level customer communication workflows and templates using the Quadient Inspire suite. This role focuses on modernizing and streamlining document generation and automation processes that power the organization’s print, digital, and omnichannel delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automation, and Approve to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant communication delivery across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and optimize templates, workflows, and output formats using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive.
• Redesign or rebuild existing document templates, blocks, and workflows to align with modern communication and design standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand communication needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop templates, workflows, and output formats using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Ensure communication solutions align with branding, regulatory, and localization standards.
• Serve as a key technical contact for project delivery and support continuous improvement through innovation and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite, including Designer, Interactive, Scaler, and Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire versions 16 or 17 is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading CCM projects and managing small to mid-sized teams.
• Strong understanding of document composition, print stream processing, and omnichannel communication delivery.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in sectors such as utilities, energy, or financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Quadient Inspire certification.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting languages such as JavaScript, XML, or JSON.
• Knowledge of other CCM tools like Opentext/Extreme etc.
