Job Description

The Software Developer will design, develop and implement applications for the company while insuring consistency of interface requirements proper unit/behavioral tests and contributes towards continuous integration methodologies. Creation of new applications, processes and features as well as analyzing and resolving performance problems, fixing bugs in existing applications.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement new features based on requirements.
• Reverse engineer existing legacy applications with and eye towards moving to cloud native solutions using microservices/ serverless architecture in AWS.
• Integration with CI/CD Devops pipelines or create new in alignment with corporate standards.
• Review code changes, ensure secure coding practices and corporate defined best SDLC practices are followed.
• Partner with cross functional teams in the organization to understand customer and business priorities.
• Support modern roadmap items like CDP and generative AI.
• Agile team member, be a self-starter and work independently with minimum supervision to achieve team and individual goals.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of data normalization
• Cloud Native development experience in AWS
• Knowledge of AI assisted coding techniques and tools
• Containerization (Kubernettes, Docker, etc,.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft development tools, such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
• Prior work experience in the print and mail industry
• 3 to 5 years of experience
