Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with experience in Agile methodologies and a strong background in managing IT and cybersecurity projects. The successful candidate will support project planning, execution, and delivery across a variety of technology and security initiatives, helping ensure that critical projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and managing IT and cybersecurity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work with various functions, such as Infrastructure, Application Development and others to ensure project tasks are clear and delivered on time.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (project charters, timelines, risk registers, status reports, dashboards).
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues to senior project managers as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Security Operations, IT Infrastructure, Development, and GRC.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication among stakeholders, documenting decisions and action items.
• Assist with vendor and third-party management related to IT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Support compliance-driven initiatives aligned with frameworks such as NIST, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and Agile practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting IT or cybersecurity projects in a project coordinator, analyst, or junior project manager role.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for Agile planning, sprint tracking, and reporting.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
• Project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Foundation).
• Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
