Job Description
• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) programs, frameworks, and strategies
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIAs) to identify critical systems, dependencies, and potential threats.
• Develop and maintain DR and BC plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee internal and external plan exercises, testing schedules, drills, post-event After-Action Reviews and remediation implementation.
• Deliver training and communication programs to raise awareness and ensure stakeholder readiness.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business unit leaders to ensure seamless integration and execution of continuity measures.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise BIA programs and translating results into recovery strategies.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing DR tests in on-premises, co-location, and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) concepts, architectures, and service models.
• Working knowledge of AWS technologies and cloud-based disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience facilitating tabletop exercises for BC, DR, cyber, and crisis management scenarios.
