Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 1 Construction project manager in the Calumet City area. This PM will support a HVAC subcontractor in support of their large commercial customer in the area. Could range between universities, healthcare customers, corporate buildings, etc. Will need to have experience managing electrical and or mechanical subcontractors as well as site superintendents to push projects to completion in the field. HVAC experience is not required but experience understanding general construction timelines is required. Will support both new construction projects and retrofits, etc. Time will be spent between the customer sites in a construction trailer and at the customers corporate office in Calumet City.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience managing large projects within the commercial space

-Ability to use MS Project or another tool for tracking/scheduling

-Ability to manage site superintendents, scheduler, etc

-Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday on a construction site/customer trailer onsite

-Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
