Job Description
Insight Global’s client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join their team. This individual will support one of several key products, which may include:
A product focused on LaunchDarkly, a feature management platform that enables software teams to activate or deactivate features at runtime using feature flags without redeploying code
An internally developed mobile application
Project Symphony, the organization’s API portal used by both internal and external developers
The ideal candidate will have started their career as a software developer and transitioned into a technical product management role, bringing a strong technical foundation and the ability to effectively partner with engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience
Experience supporting mobile applications
Strong experience working with APIs
Prior background in software development (candidates with fewer years of product experience will be considered if coming from a development background)
Experience using JIRA; familiarity with Rally or Azure DevOps (ADO) is also acceptable
Ability to quickly ramp up and independently own product responsibilities
Demonstrated leadership and accountability for end to end product ownership
Strong whiteboarding skills with the ability to visually communicate concepts and solutions
Agile methodology experience, with the ability to bring structure, organization, and clarity to product execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using Miro or similar collaboration/whiteboarding tools
