• Architect and develop cloud-native pricing applications with AI-driven optimization
• Design and implement FHIR-compliant APIs and integration services
• Lead the development of machine learning models for pricing optimization and prediction
• Establish technical standards and best practices for the development team
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with product management to define technical roadmaps
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of pricing applications
• Drive innovation in healthcare pricing through applied AI technologies
• Participate in architectural reviews and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years' experience in software development
• 6+ years' experience with Java enterprise application development
• 4+ years' experience with Python development
• 3+ years' experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks
• 3+ years' experience with healthcare data standards, particularly FHIR
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Strong understanding of healthcare pricing models and methodologies
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with healthcare payment systems and claims processing
• Experience with natural language processing for healthcare documentation
• Contributions to FHIR standards or implementation guides
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with real-time data processing and analytics
• Published research or patents in healthcare technology
