Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking a Product Manager with strong product management experience, capable of collaborating with developers and UX teams to execute and deliver efficiently. The ideal candidate should understand product development methodologies and align with an engineering-led team while effectively communicating business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage API Symphony, a platform allowing external engineers to access company data through APIs.
Ensure users understand the process of API integration, usage, and data accessibility.
Work with legal and marketing teams to navigate compliance, privacy concerns (PII, PHI), and market positioning
.
Use Case Example:
A client (e.g., Home Depot) requests access to specific data.
The Product Manager guides them through the API Symphony portal, where they can subscribe to data.
Once subscribed, they gain access to large datasets for analysis or integration into their workflow.
This role requires a deep understanding of API management, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong Product Management experience - Strong understanding of product lifecycle and execution.
-API Experience - Ability to streamline and automate APIs, ensuring seamless integration, can bring a product to life from API's
-JIRA Proficiency Skilled in story writing, backlog grooming, reporting, and linking tasks to OKRs, while ensuring completeness and testability. - able to ask questions about stories before adding to the backlog (making sure the story is complete and testable)
-Healthcare Industry Knowledge Familiarity with healthcare-specific challenges, regulations, and product requirements.
-Scrum & Agile Expertise Strong grasp of Scrum team dynamics and optimization of Agile workflows.
-Stakeholder Management Effective at collaborating with business teams, communicating clearly, and providing strategic consultation.
-Status Updates & Accountability Consistently delivers progress updates and holds teams accountable for execution.
-Clear Documentation Translates product requirements into structured, actionable stories.
-Continuous Learning & Adaptability Passion for learning new products, overcoming challenges, and growing professionally.
