Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Front Desk Associate to join our medical clinic client. You will be responsible for interacting with patients in a healthcare setting and managing administrative tasks for the medical team. Their duties include scheduling patient appointments according to Doctor availability, explaining intake forms to new patients and processing payments after treatment.


Duties

- Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Obtain, verify and scan documents into patient’s electronic medical records; make any corrections and updates as needed
- Ensure verification of insurance benefits and/or authorization is obtained from the patient
- Prepare and process the required consent forms and obtains the necessary signatures upon patient arrival
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Maintain front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven work experience as a medical receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- High school diploma or equivalent
