The Director of Accounting Automation and Transformation is a strategic leader responsible for driving the modernization of accounting operations through automation, process optimization, and digital transformation. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and improve operational efficiency across the accounting function. The ideal candidate combines deep accounting expertise with a passion for innovation and technology.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in transformation or automation leadership
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., D36d, AX, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in finance (e.g., AI, blockchain, predictive analytics)
