Insight Global is looking for two perm software developers to sit either locally in Boise, ID or fully remote*. The ideal candidate will have excellent soft skills and a can-do attitude as this is a highly collaborative environment. They will be curious and have a growth mindset. This is a cloud first environment in Azure but previous cloud knowledge is not required. They will be spending about 70% of their day developing, 20% in meetings and time for collaboration, and 10% will be spent performing administrative tasks which can vary from week to week.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in full stack software development w/ degree or 10 years of experience without.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of C#/.Net development on a full stack basis.
- Strong knowledge of writing custom queries in SQL/TSQL and/or Cosmos DB for both DDL and DML statements
- Ability to explain technical material to non-technical team members and work through ambiguity as well as make critical decisions.
