-Greeting visitors to the State office building and checking them in securely
-Answering main agency telephone lines, routing properly
-Issue necessary paperwork for state identification cards and ensuring accuracy of information, photographing employees and issuing ID cards to staff
-Ensure building and vehicles are locked down secure each evening
-Work with safety coordinator to update evacuation and emergency plans
-Ensure state office vehicles are maintained and coordinate licensing and other vehicle activities
-travel to 7 other office sites around the state for inventory checks
