Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Strategist to join our team. This role will support the execution and strategy of our homepage and bundles program, with a focus on coordinating between personalization, monetization, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be solution-focused, detail oriented, organized, prioritize customer needs to achieve business objectives, and excel in a collaborative setting. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of high-visibility real estate on app and web platforms. This position requires internal face time in meetings. Effective collaboration is essential for timely decision making and maintaining the quality and consistency of our digital content strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
1-3 years experience within eCommerce, grocery or CPG merchandising.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and content management systems
Experience working in Figma, project management systems (e.g. Monday.com) and targeting platforms (e.g. Xer = ACI content targeting system)
Strong Microsoft Office application skills
Proven experience in digital content strategy or a related field.
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses
Experience with personalization and monetization strategies is a plus.
Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices
