Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an individual to provide onsite support for the Navy ERP user management, governance, and operational Team for PACFLT commands, providing oversight of workflow integrity, access controls, and reporting visibility in support of Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leadership. The resource will support end-to-end execution of user onboarding/offboarding, role-based access control (RBAC) provisioning/deprovisioning, workflow routing support, and periodic access reviews aligned to command policies and Business Support Office (BSO) direction. This role will govern segregation-of-duties (SoD) and internal controls to maintain audit readiness, triage and route authorization defects, and deliver over-the-shoulder support for access-related issues impacting business processes. The resource will also develop and maintain executive-ready reporting and performance monitoring solutions (e.g., Power BI/Power Query dashboards and KPI tracking) that translate ERP transactional data into actionable insights for operational planning, workload management, and continuous improvement. Individuals are expected to independently apply advanced technical expertise to standardize and document user management processes (SOPs, governance guides), conduct data integrity and compliance reviews, provide training and executive briefings, and support post-production sustainment activities as directed by PACFLT and ECHIII commands.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Experience: Prior Federal DOD ERP User Management
Skills:
• DoD UM Experience
• SAP familiarity and functional knowledge (with emphasis on roles/authorizations, RBAC, and workflow impacts)
• ERP governance and cross-functional liaison support across multiple departments/stakeholders
• User access provisioning/deprovisioning; onboarding/offboarding support; role mapping to job functions
• SoD governance, access reviews, workflow validation, and audit readiness support
• Access request intake, validation, routing, tracking, and status communications; controlled, auditable provisioning practices
• Account lockout/login/access troubleshooting and coordination to resolution; authorization defect triage and escalation
• Power BI / Power Query dashboarding; executive-ready reporting; KPI and workflow performance monitoring (Power Apps / analytics)
• Transaction analytics to support forecasting, workload balancing, operational risk identification, and resource planning
• Data integrity assessments and compliance reviews to ensure reliable financial/operational reporting
• Process improvement and standardization to reduce delays, improve accuracy, and strengthen cross-functional execution
• System training, executive briefings, and customer support to drive adoption and consistent understanding of governance expectations
• SOP and governance documentation development; reporting reference guides; knowledge transfer
• SharePoint site ownership/administration (as applicable) for dashboard access controls and enterprise visibility
• Proactive mentality; consultative problem solving; strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited US institution. Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement for some roles.
