Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Process Engineer in Warner Robins, GA for one of their government clients. This individual will be a direct hire employee and will be working on site 5 days a week. This person will be responsible for analyzing current manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement within quality, cost, efficiency and safety. They will be designing and implementing standard operating procedures and control plans. The will be leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen while supporting digital transformation efforts such as MES implementations, IIoT sensor integration, predictive maintenance, and smart dashboards. There will be opportunity to collaborate with IT, automation, and production teams to integrate digital tools with systems like PLC, SCADA, ERP, and MES, using analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Excel to monitor KPIs and process performance in real time. This role will be extremely client facing, so this individual will need to have very strong communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering roles.
Proven experience in process optimization and technology implementation
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL)
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering or comparable academic discipline
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Secret Security Clearance
