Job Description
One of Insight Global’s major clients are seeking a Contracts Agent to join their team. Qualified candidates will join an existing and rapidly growing organization within the energy industry. Daily responsibilities will include:
• Support the construction and project management division within the organization with contract reviews and administration services
• Review and process vendor RFQ/RFP information and documentation
• Review project invoice information for accuracy and route accordingly internally
• General data entry related to vendor contract information

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-8 years of contract administration experience
• Experience supporting the RFQ/RFP process for an organization
• Experience supporting multiple internal stakeholders within an organization
• Outgoing personality with passion for customer satisfaction
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting construction or utility projects
• Experience with invoice review and routing
