The Junior IT Compliance Analyst plays a key supporting role in the organizations IT compliance efforts. This position is responsible for collecting audit evidence, reviewing logs and data for accuracy and completeness, and executing tasks under the guidance of the Senior IT Compliance Lead. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the cybersecurity and compliance field.
Audit Evidence Collection: Gather, organize, and maintain documentation and system artifacts required for internal and external audits.
Log and Data Review: Analyze system logs, access records, and other data sources to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Compliance Execution: Carry out compliance-related tasks as directed by the Senior IT Compliance Lead, including checklists, assessments, and remediation tracking.
Documentation Support: Assist in maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit trails.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to support compliance initiatives and ensure timely delivery of evidence and reports.
Salary for this position ranges from $40-$60,000 based upon relevant experience.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
Familiarity with log analysis tools or audit platforms is a plus.
