Job Description

The I.T. Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate testing standards and procedures to assure business stakeholders that development projects will appropriately accomplish the scoped and documented requirements. This position will establish policies and guidelines by which IT Quality Assurance will function, including KPI's and standard reporting mechanisms. The I.T. Quality Assurance Engineer will also be responsible for overseeing junior staff in the quality assurance role, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure all necessary tasks are accomplished in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10+ years of IT QA experience



· IT or CS Degree or industry certifications.



· Major industry certifications.



· Desire to handle an ever-changing environment.



· Effective organization and time management skills.



· Prior leadership experience.
