Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Developer with hands-on experience integrating and managing CRM platforms—preferably Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions that enhance our customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Design and implement AWS-based applications and services to support CRM workflows and data pipelines.
Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration between AWS infrastructure and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Optimize cloud architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud-based applications and integrations.
Document technical processes and provide support for internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in AWS development (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
Experience with number porting, call routing, voicemail management, and reporting with Amazon Connect
Proven experience integrating CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of data visualization tools and customer analytics.
Previous experience going from SyncGlobal to Amazon Connect
