Job Description
An Insight Global client is looking for a PeopleSoft Senior Programmer Analyst to join their team. This team specifically supports the benefits, compensation, and staffing for PeopleSoft and provides a lot of customization around those modules. In this role, you focus on designing, developing, testing, and implementing applications while enhancing existing intranet and internet solutions to improve functionality and performance. You create system documentation, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and contribute to the department’s budget planning and maintenance. Each day involves analyzing application systems, reporting on task status, conducting feasibility and requirements studies, and supporting or training team members in resolving technical problems. You maintain strong technical proficiency in programming and system analysis, staying current on vendor‑supplied software and tools relevant to your work. Providing world‑class customer service is essential—demonstrating new or improved systems to users, collaborating professionally with both user and technical teams, consulting with management for application approvals, contributing to project management activities, and participating in regular status meetings.
The pay rate for this role is around $51-$57/hr. Please note that pay will be negotiated and numbers can fluctuate depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6-8+ years of hands on PeopleSoft Development
○ Experience with Benefits, Staffing and/or Compensation modules in PeopleSoft
○ Experience with Web Service integrations for Portal and PeopleSoft
• Experience with People Code, Application Engine, BI Publisher and SQR
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of relational database design, including tables, views and indexes
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56 or higher is required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, and BI Publisher
• Exposure to Payroll, Time and Labor, and Access Management modules
• Associate's Degree
