Field Service Representative

Insight Global is currently hiring a Field Service Representative to join our client. Our client is a regional insurance agency specializing in insurance and lending services for financial institutions. For 50 years, our client has delivered innovative risk management solutions with exceptional customer service. The Field Service Representative will be responsible for servicing existing credit union and community bank clients throughout Alabama and Mississippi. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, traveling independently, and helping clients succeed through hands-on support and training.

Key Responsibilities

-Administer and support insurance products within financial institutions.
-Service collateral protection and lender-placed insurance programs.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
-Train client staff on insurance products, processes, and technology.
-Educate client teams on marketing programs to their customers.
-Act as a liaison between financial institutions and the agency.
-Provide ongoing customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits.
-Support Sales Agents in servicing accounts.

The annual salary for the role is $74k - $84k, depending upon qualifications and years of experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
-Need to be located in Central Alabama
-Minimum 3 years working with or within financial institutions
-Enthusiastic about traveling 3-4 days out of the week

-Experience with insurance products

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
