Insight Global is currently hiring an Assistant Manager of Insurance Operations for one of our clients in Snellville, GA. Our client is a regional insurance agency specializing in insurance and lending services for financial institutions. For 50 years, our client has delivered innovative risk management solutions with exceptional customer service. This role involves workflow management, system administration, client support, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations: scanning, data entry, call center, printing
-Resolve processing issues and support clients and internal teams
-Train staff and document procedures
-Identify and implement process improvements
-Assist with system enhancements and quality control
-Support department manager as needed
The annualized salary for this position is $100k - $120k.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field
-5+ years in a supervisory role (team of 5+), including training and quality control
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operating systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience in the financial services/insurance industry
