Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) platform, which powers automation across distribution and fulfillment networks. This includes technologies like conveyor routing, sortation, task orchestration, and robotics integration. The role is highly technical and cross-functional, requiring collaboration with engineering, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will translate operational needs into business outcomes and engage deeply in system architecture and design discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Leadership:
• Define the long-term WES strategy, maintain a balanced roadmap, and advocate for the product across teams and leadership.
• Execution & Delivery:
• Translate business goals into technical requirements, prioritize initiatives using data, and ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.
• Technical Collaboration:
• Engage in system design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and deep understanding of warehouse automation technologies.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Act as a liaison between engineering, operations, and vendors; manage system dependencies and influence vendor strategies.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
• Drive efficiency through labor optimization, AI/ML exploration, and a culture of experimentation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role
• Strong technical acumen: comfortable with APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and system integration.
• Experience in warehouse automation (WES, WMS, WCSs, conveyors, robotics, material handling equipment).
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into business outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong technical acumen: APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, system integration
• Familiarity with real-time systems, telemetry, and distributed computing at scale
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software with measurable impact
• Jira Experience or other similar tools
• Exposure to supply chain optimization, logistics technologies, or robotics platforms.
