An Insight Global Fortune 500 Retail Client is looking for a talented Senior Quality Engineer with deep experience in backend and API testing to support a modern, cloud‑based engineering environment. This role is heavily focused on automation testing, framework development, and validating backend services and APIs.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer / QA
• Strong experience with both automation and manual testing, with the primary focus on automation
• Proven experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Hands‑on experience using ALM tools for test lifecycle management
• Strong background in Cucumber and Selenium, specifically for backend systems
• Extensive experience with API testing and backend testing
• This role does not manage or test front‑end/UI components
• Experience supporting or validating API migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Ability to understand and test end‑to‑end system architecture and data flow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with load testing and performance testing
Knowledge of or exposure to Quarkus
