Job Description
This person will be responsible for planning and executing marketing programs designed to increase sales and enrollment in a loyalty program. They will primarily support the visual merchandising strategy, monthly account summary deployment, and the operating Marketing budget. They will work with internal and external partners and marketing managers to coordinate meetings and recaps. The day-to-day includes the following:
• 25%- Partner with Marketing Managers to develop strategic marketing campaigns and communication objectives at the department level, including department-led events and campaign launches.
• 25%- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing budget is properly allocated and tracked annually.
• 25%- Maintain a project tracker to manage weekly and monthly department marketing activities. Coordinate meetings and meeting agendas for identified internal business partner touch bases.
• 15%- Support visual merchandising strategy and monthly statement deployment.
• 10% - Support the broader marketing team on miscellaneous projects and tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist OR Marketing Manager
• Experience strategizing campaigns (email, mobile comms, social)
• Experience working with agency partners to develop content
• Experience working cross functionally with internal and external teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Marketing experience within a retail company
• Experience working with channel partners (CRM, Paid, In Store Signage, etc)
