A Fortune 500 Insight Global Retail Client is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead and manage the end‑to‑end release process for enterprise technology initiatives. This is a hands‑on delivery role responsible for coordinating releases across multiple teams, managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time deployments.
The ideal candidate is a delivery‑focused release professional who can confidently lead prioritization decisions, manage risk, and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Release Manager with hands‑on release ownership
• Strong experience leading end‑to‑end release processes, including:
• Testing
• Approvals
• Rollouts
• Scheduling
• Experience coordinating large, cross‑functional teams
• Experience managing financial validation and certification processes
• Strong background in deployment scheduling and release reporting
Ability to lead prioritization calls and make decisions when releases are delayed or at risk
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working within an enterprise‑scale release management framework
• Retail industry experience
Experience supporting Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems or store‑facing technology
