Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic Salesforce-related initiatives for a large enterprise environment. This individual will oversee multiple concurrent projects focused on Salesforce platform modernization, identity and access management enhancements, security compliance, and cloud migration efforts.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in technology program management, a product-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across highly matrixed organizations. While hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience is not required, candidates must have a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including products, licensing models, and enterprise implementations.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership, product teams, engineering organizations, cybersecurity stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of business-critical programs.

Key Initiatives
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading delivery across four major initiatives all in initial phases:

1. Salesforce Login Modernization
• Drive replacement of hardcoded Salesforce login references with client specific My Domain URLs.
• Coordinate dependencies tied to Salesforce's migration of login services to GCP and AWS infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless transition and stakeholder adoption across the organization.
2. Enterprise MFA Compliance
• Lead the rollout of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirements across all user populations, including store locations.
• Develop communication, readiness, dependency tracking, and deployment plans.
• Partner with Security, Identity, and Operations teams to mitigate adoption risks.
3. Phishing-Resistant Authentication for Administrators
• Manage implementation of stronger authentication mechanisms for Salesforce administrators and privileged users.
• Coordinate security, compliance, and platform stakeholders.
• Track risks, dependencies, testing, and deployment activities.
4. Salesforce Cloud Migration
• Lead migration efforts moving Salesforce instances from legacy data centers to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting infrastructure, security, application, and business readiness activities.
• Manage execution plans, timelines, risks, and executive reporting.

$60/hr to $67/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
