Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimating Manager to join our team based out of Tampa,
Florida or Atlanta, GA. The position will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of accurate and
competitive construction cost estimates for various projects. This role requires a deep understanding of
construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team of estimators.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction estimating
Proficiency in estimating software including HCSS Heavybid, Bluebeam, Agtek, and Trimble Business Center.
Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy in estimates.
Establish and maintain cost databases, estimating software, and historical bid data.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
