This role requires a technical expert who can understand systems and effectively communicate with customers about Nulogy. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to address business needs related to the system.

Manage and maintain the Nulogy Warehouse Management System.
Design and create customer specific dashboards in the Supplier Collaboration tool..
Implement, document and optimize warehouse processes using Nulogy software.
Work through business needs and requirements related to the Nulogy system.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations.
Handle calls from customers experiencing issues between (L2 support) Nulogy and customer systems.
Understand and address business processes and workflows related to the tool.
Work with Account Managers (AMs) on the design of the system requests for new and existing customers.
Document processes and help implement any new customer requirements.
Ensure new products from customers work effectively within Nulogy
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management, kitting and co-packing experience.
