Were seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Product Manager (35 years of experience) to support a Franchise Lifecycle Management initiative for on our retail clients. This is a net-new role focused on modernizing and consolidating franchise contract systems into a unified platform using Salesforce and DocuSign CLM
Key Responsibilities:
Write and manage user stories in Jira
Assist in building and maintaining the product roadmap (ProductPlan)
Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Conduct user interviews and gather feedback (Sigma)
Define and track KPIs
Assist in building reports and dashboards
Collaborate with data engineers (onshore) and QA teams + engineers (offshore)
Pay: $62-65/hr

Experience in multi-branded industries (e.g., hospitality, retail, QSR)
Familiarity with franchise operations or contract modernization projects
