Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing IT projects across Westrock's corrugated packaging plants. This person will lead point on multiple projects at once involving custom software developments, deployments, enhancements, and integrations between enterprise platforms and plant systems, in addition to being the main POC for all cross-functional teams across IT, plants, external vendors, and business stakeholders. This PM is expected to be at the senior level and must be proficient in overseeing project scopes, budgets, timelines, risks, and plans while also applying appropriate PM practices such as delivery methodology, adherence to PMO standards, and project efficiency improvement. Pay rate for this position is $55/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- PM manufacturing experience
○ Hardware, physical goods from center to center, system integrations, custom software development
○ ~7+ years of experience managing multiple projects at once with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
§ Managing risks, tracking budgets, building project plans, etc.
- Experience working with ERP solutions
○ SAP, Oracle, Kiwiplan, Amtech, Encore, Witron, etc.
- Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience
- Vendor selection/management experience
○ Working with cross-functional teams across IT, plants, and vendors
- Experience working in PM methodologies
○ Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with IT/portfolio service management/delivery platforms
ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Planner, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP certification
- Experience working with manufacturing systems
○ ERP, MES, WMS, etc.
Experience managing multi-site or global manufacturing deployments
