Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Enablement Specialist to join their international project team. This role will provide first-tier support to their clients for system integrations across multiple regions, working closely with project managers and support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, adaptable to different time zones, and eager to learn in a smaller company working with large corporate clients.

Day to Day:
- Collaborate with the global project team to support project managers, particularly those based in international regions, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Serve as the first point of contact for support tickets, assessing issues and determining whether they can be resolved or need to be escalated.
- Perform troubleshooting for both mobile and web platforms, focusing on identifying root causes and resolving user-reported issues.
- Assist in supporting ERP system integrations for all customers, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
Participate in on-the-job training to gain proficiency in internal systems and tools, with a focus on developing technical capabilities over time.

Required Skills & Experience

- Entry level candidate with the right attitude to learn and grow
- Experience with tier 1 technical troubleshooting
- Previous experience assisting customers with system integrations
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Fluency in business English
