Job Description
Manage 65–70 active projects at a time
Responsible for ~$2M backlog
Projects typically:
$50K – $300K (mostly mid-size)
Duration: 4–12+ months
100% installation work (no service / no on-call)
Weekly cadence:
Week 1: Forecasting, estimating, project setup
Week 2: Billing, invoicing, revenue capture
Weeks 3–4: Execution, customer interaction, driving project completion
Core responsibilities:
Own full project lifecycle (schedule, cost, execution)
Manage subcontractors + install teams
Handle change orders (identify, estimate, negotiate)
Ensure profitability, cash flow, and accurate billing
Maintain strong client relationships (GCs, subs, customers)
Oversee compliance with specs, codes, and safety
Communicate project health (financial + schedule)

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Project Management experience in construction
Background in:
Commercial construction trade environment
Low voltage / fire alarm / electrical / mechanical installation
Strong cost management + job costing experience
Comfortable managing high volume + fast-paced workload
Strong communication (internal teams, customers, subs, sales)
Experience with:
ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
PM tools + financial tracking systems
Ability to translate technical work to non-technical stakeholders
