Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems across customer sites.
Diagnose, analyze, and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement preventive procedures to reduce future equipment issues.
Create and maintain life‑cycle support documentation, including maintenance, safety, and operational procedures, using engineering data, vendor resources, and COTS information.
Train employees and end users on proper operation, care, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable products, services, or solutions.
Utilize industry knowledge, best practices, and hands-on experience to plan and accomplish goals effectively.
Perform a broad variety of technical tasks and may lead or mentor team members as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
4–6+ years of experience in this field or a related technical discipline.
Ablility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Willing to travel for training, site visits, and business needs.
Available for off‑hours support when needed to resolve urgent operational issues.
Experience creating and updating technical documentation, including validation against engineering and COTS sources.
Skilled in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electro‑mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; familiarity with PLCs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical guidance, failure analysis, and problem management.
Able to coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve equipment and system issues.
Knowledge of life‑cycle support practices.
Basic understanding of industrial control and systems concepts.
